3. Payment to Seller: Pay the agreed bid amount DIRECTLY to the seller (we recommend bank transfers)
4. Commission Payment: Pay the commission fee (5% or 3%) separately to SellFast.ae
5. Verification: Complete identity and item verification steps
6. Handover: Coordinate item transfer with seller

Item Transfer Process

For Real Estate

• Receive Form A link via email
• Complete documentation with Dubai Land Department
• Title deed transfer processed officially
• DLD fees and charges separate from platform fees

For Cars

• Meet at RTA for official transfer
• Complete all RTA requirements and fees
• Transfer ownership officially

For Watches

• Arrange secure meeting location
• Inspect item thoroughly before confirming
• Ensure all documentation and accessories included
