Step 1: Account Verification

Create your account and complete our quick verification process to ensure a safe marketplace for everyone.

• Submit Emirates ID or Passport
• Take a selfie for identity confirmation
• Complete video verification
• Verification typically completed within 24-48 hours

Step 2: Create or Browse Listings

For Sellers: Create detailed listings with photos and documents

• Choose category (Real Estate, Cars, or Watches)
• Provide accurate descriptions and specifications
• Upload clear photos and required documents
• Set your asking price
• Our team reviews and approves within 1-2 business days

For Buyers: Browse approved listings and find your perfect match

• Filter by category, price, location, and specifications
• View detailed photos and documents
• Check market price comparisons
• Save favorites for later

Step 3: Bidding Process

Place your bid and negotiate directly with sellers.

• Minimum bid: 50% of asking price
• See current highest bid in real-time
• Commission calculated automatically (5% for cars/watches, 3% for real estate)
• Seller can accept or reject your bid
• If rejected, you can submit a higher bid

Step 4: Contract & Coordination

Once your bid is accepted, we facilitate the transaction process.

• Both parties sign the digital contract
• We connect buyer and seller for direct coordination
• Payment is made DIRECTLY between buyer and seller (we recommend bank transfers)
• Buyer pays commission fee separately to SellFast.ae
• SellFast.ae facilitates but does NOT hold transaction funds

Step 5: Item Verification & Transfer

Final verification before the handover.

• For Real Estate: Form A, B, and F links sent via email for title deed transfer

Complete the transfer at the appropriate location:

• Cars: Transfer completed at RTA
• Watches: Secure handover arranged by both parties
• Real Estate: Documentation handled through DLD

Step 6: Transaction Complete

Once all verifications are complete and item is transferred:

• Both parties confirm successful handover
• Transaction is marked as complete
• Official transfer documents finalized (RTA for cars, DLD for real estate)
• Both parties can rate their experience
