3. Wait for Approval: Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours
4. You're Ready to Sell! Once verified, you can create unlimited listings

Creating a Great Listing

• Cars: All vehicle types and brands
• Watches: Luxury timepieces

Write Compelling Descriptions

• Be honest and accurate about condition
• Include all relevant specifications and features
• Mention any defects or issues upfront
• Highlight unique selling points
• Use clear, professional language

Take Quality Photos

• Use good lighting and clean backgrounds
• Show multiple angles and close-ups
• Include any documentation or certificates
• Avoid stock photos use actual item photos
• Minimum 3-5 photos recommended

• Minimum Bid: Remember buyers can bid from 50% of asking price

After Listing Approval

1. Wait for Bids: Buyers will place bids on your listing
2. Review Offers: You'll receive notifications for each bid
3. Accept or Reject: You have full control over which bid to accept
4. Communicate: Buyers may have questions answer promptly

Transaction Process

When You Accept a Bid

1. Both parties sign the digital contract
2. SellFast.ae connects you with the buyer for direct coordination
3. Buyer pays you DIRECTLY (we recommend bank transfers)
4. Buyer pays commission fee separately to SellFast.ae
5. Complete verification and handover process
6. Confirm successful transfer to complete transaction

For Real Estate

After accepting a bid:

• You'll receive a Form A link via email
• Complete the required DLD documentation
• Title deed transfer processed through Dubai Land Department

For Cars & Watches

• Cars: Meet at RTA for transfer
• Watches: Arrange secure handover location

Payment Receipt

Important: Payment comes DIRECTLY from the buyer to you.

• After contract signing, we connect you with the buyer
• Buyer pays you directly (we recommend bank transfers for security)
• You receive 100% of the agreed bid amount
• No deductions or commission fees
• SellFast.ae does NOT hold or transfer transaction funds
• We only facilitate the process and coordinate the handover

Note: The buyer pays the commission fee separately to SellFast.ae. You don't handle that - you only receive your agreed bid amount directly from the buyer.
